| Message from David Wagner, Ph.D. This past summer, the Conservatory had some bad luck:! A devastating hail storm damaged much of the glass covering to the conservatory; which is listed on the National Historic Register. This is a historic loss, but it is also detrimental to the treasure trove of invaluable botanical specimens housed in the Garfield Conservatory.!
